Q : Can you send me a price list?

We are happy to provide dealers with a comprehensive price list for the models in their range. Please call 01932 858757 for a list to be posted, emailed or faxed to you.

Q : How long will it take to make new leather seat covers?

All our leather seat covers are made to order as we manufacture for such a large variety of makes and models that we do not carry stock. We need a firm order by fax or email confirming the order number, car model, the colours, seat configuration and finish etc before we can start work. Once this written confirmation is received, the new seat covers are made and will normally be available within 2 weeks. Timescales can be stretched during our busy periods which coincide with the periods of peak new car sales. Please order early to allow us to schedule the work so that your customers are not disappointed.

Q : What arrangements do you make to fit the new seat covers?

When the new seat covers are complete, our fitter will visit your car pound to remove the seats and door trims. He will bring them to our workshop where the new covers will normally be fitted the following day so that he can return them to your premises and reinstall them in the car the day after. We will confirm the dates to you when the seat covers are available.

Q : The car manufacturer has changed the seat design in one of our car models – can you still help us?

Naturally, we always want our catalogue to be up to date and appreciate you telling us when seat styles change in your model range. All our leather seat covers are made from templates produced from original, manufacturers seat covers which are dismantled to produce the templates. This is why our replacement leather covers are such a good fit. If the seat style changes, we will need to collect the fabric covers and produce a new set of templates. This may take up to 3 weeks which will extend the order / delivery time. Please speak to us as soon as possible so that we can advise on availability. This also applies if we have not previously made covers for a particular model before.

Q : I am a private motorist and have just bought a new car that is fitted with fabric seat covers. I would like new leather covers fitted. Are you able to supply these for me?

We would be pleased to help you and can offer the same range of services that we supply to the motor trade. Our collection and delivery costs are normally higher when dealing with private motorists so we will charge a premium on top of the trade price. If the car is delivered to, and collected from our workshop in Addlestone, we will fit the new leather seat covers at trade price.

Q : Are the new seat covers guaranteed?

All our leather seats are made with leather which is as good as, or better than, the original equipments manufacturers, (OEM), specification. We use the original seat covers to make the templates from which the new covers are made so that they fit correctly and snugly to the seat frame. Accordingly, we offer a 3 year, limited warranty, under similar terms and conditions to the original manufacturers warranty.

Q : I have a prestige / classic car and would like to have the seats recovered in leather to rejuvenate the interior. Can you do this?
