Welcome to the Seat Surgeons South web site. Seat Surgeons South provides a high quality, leather upholstering service for new cars, primarily to motor traders.

Seat Surgeons South can supply and fit new leather seat covers to the majority of makes and models of current production cars at competitive prices and with a warranty to match the OEM warranty terms and conditions. Our leather specification is the same or better than that used by the vehicle manufacturer and all our leather seat covers are cut to the pattern of the original fabric covers so that they fit snugly with all the correct fixtures and fittings.

When we fit leather seat covers to a new car, we will also re-cover the arm rests, (where fitted), and appropriate parts of the door trim – according to the manufacturers style.

We can provide a variety of leather finishes which allows your customer to specify a unique finish for their vehicle. Our leather is available in a wide range of colours so customers can choose to have some parts of the seat in one colour with selected panels in a contrasting or complimentary colour. To add a further dimension to the customisation, customers can choose to have the stitching or piping in a matching colour to the leather or in a contrasting colour. Depending on the seat style, the leather can be perforated and / or gathered as shown in our seat style guide. All these options are available within our normal list price.

In many cases, we can offer additional customisation, i.e. embroidered logos on the seat backs or headrests and seat heaters if not already fitted. Please ask for details on these options when ordering.

All leather seat covers are made to order and they will normally be available within 2 weeks of a firm order being received. When the covers are ready, we will contact you to arrange access to the vehicle. Our fitter will visit you to remove the seats and door panels from the vehicle, returning them to our workshop in Addlestone where the leather covers will be fitted. Normally, seats collected on day 1 will be recovered on day 2. We will then return the seats to the vehicle and refit them ready for delivery to your customer.

Seat Surgeons South operates from the same premises as Surrey Trimming Ltd who are masters in the refurbishment of vintage and classic cars. Accordingly, you can deal confidently with Seat Surgeons South knowing that they are fully supported by highly skilled leather craftsmen who are on hand to ensure that the leather covered seats, delivered back to you, will be finished to the same high standard as the factory fitted seats.

Whilst we are primarily suppliers to the motor trade, we will also fit leather seat covers for private customers. We will normally charge a premium on the trade price where we have to collect and re-deliver the seats to reflect the additional costs we incur where private collections are necessary. If the vehicle is delivered to our workshop in Addlestone, we will fit new seat covers at trade prices.

Please note that the seat finishes available for fitting to any individual vehicle will be governed by the car’s seat style. The leather colours on the web site are indicative only. We will be happy to provide colour swatches for selecting the desired finish as the colours you see on screen may differ from the actual leather, depending on the colour settings of your computer monitor.
